Visitors are welcome by appointment only From the North- Take the M5 to Junction 7 (Worcester South); Turn right (towards Worcester)
- At first island (300 yards) turn left;
- At second island straight on;
- At third island turn left onto the A38 (Do NOT go over River Severn)
- After about 10 minutes turn right towards Upton on Severn
- 2 miles into Upton; over the river Severn and turn left at mini island; go through the town;
- After 5 minutes you will meet staggered crossroads at Welland village (Pheasant pub on right), turn left
- Go 1 mile across common, just before left hand bend and Plume of Feathers pub turn right
- Continue across common for ½ mile, Bowling Green House is the first on the right.
From the South- Take M5 to Junction 8; turn left onto M50
- Exit at Junction 1 and turn right onto A38
- After about 5 minutes turn left to Upton
- Follow instructions from Upton as above
From the West
- Take M50 to Junction 2
- Turn right toward Gloucester on the A417
- After ¼ mile turn left
- After 2 miles turn left at T junction
- After 2 miles go past Plume of Feathers; turn left
- Bowling Green house is first on the right
